Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

• Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

• Item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

• Proof of the issue (photos or videos) may be required

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only before processing begins.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
